Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark!

I was going to make it myself, but Hubby was off today.  As usual, he ended up taking over this kitchen related activity.  It was just as well, seeing as Stormageddon was fussing and trying to climb up my leg.  He pointed out that the description of making the “caramel” (which he said was actually more of a butterscotch) was rather vague.  Still, it seemed to come out okay.  We didn’t have foil, so I greased the baking sheet and hoped for the best.  Things went pretty smoothly.  I did forget to salt it, until it had cooled enough to go into the freezer.  Ooops!  Hubby is betting that we never unstick this from the pan.  I think it will be fine.  We shall see…
